Every day, she works with businesses to improve their organizational excellence and efficient procedures, and Chris makes it her priority to help clients build a strong business infrastructure wherever possible. 

Chris’ knack for assessing situations and problem resolution, based on real ‘in the office’ experience, gives her an edge assessing what needs to be done in a typical office to get things working better.

Chris takes great pride in putting her name on her work and the work of her company. She loves spending time with family & friends and is an avid dog lover.

Adele Cole-Brown, Director of Client Services

 Adele has owned, operated and managed several businesses throughout her professional career. She brings with her years of experience and specializes in the areas of sales and development.

Adele interacts closely with A La Carte clients as they come on board to ensure the process is smooth and the experience is helpful to the growth of their companies.

She is a mother of four and  new grandmother to a beautiful little boy named Jack! She spends personal time volunteering and is a member of the development committee at the Rescue Mission, as well as a volunteer for Paige’s Butterfly Run. She enjoys reading, exercising and spending time with her family and friends.

Kevin Ryan

Kevin’s management career encompasses many learned lessons & professional experiences related to business, money matters, training, processes and now… with his newly earned degree, he officially adds “Accounting” to his talents!

Kevin is able to contribute to the A La Carte Team’s critical thinking skills as he interacts with clients, assisting them with their day-to-day operations and financial record keeping. 

Kevin is continuing his studies through SUNY Empire State. He enjoys officiating local baseball and basketball games. His passions include his wife Sue, his three grown children and one granddaughter, as well as, the Pittsburgh Pirates & The SU Orange men’s basketball team.”
